Bev Jones

I have been interested in, making, tutoring pottery or collecting other people's work  all my adult life. I started learning to pot  about 40 years ago at night school, going on to ceramic 44 pottery club and having a studio at home. I had a break for 12 years when I had a florist shop and returned to the craft about 3 years ago became a potter again! I enjoy doing domestic ware with a few quirky hand made pieces and love doing Raku firing l have exhibited in Christchurch and dunedin  and one of the highlights is a salt glazed teapot in Otago museum. I feel very lucky to have found and be able to do something I am very passionate about
